How To Make Flowers Out Of Cupcake Papers

Supplies Needed

  • Cupcake liners
  • Buttons
  • Scissors
  • White glue
  • Masking tape
  • Craft sticks, wooden dowels, or unsharpened pencils
  • Green paper (optional)

STEPS

STEP 1 Cupcake Liner Flowers

1Prepare some cupcake liners.

Gather some colorful cupcake liners.

If your cupcake liners are white on the inside, carefully turn them inside-out.
